Before loading, or reloading, the CO2mmander® II with a cartridge, the Adjustment Knob should be turned three or four turns in a counter-clockwise direction. This is referred to as Disengaging the device.

NOTE: Do not unscrew knob completely causing it to detach from the unit.

After the cartridge has been loaded, the Adjustment Knob can then be slowly screwed in a clockwise direction while depressing the red Activator Button until the Pressure Indicator reads the desired amount of flow of the CO2. This is known as Engaging the device.

For best results, adjust until the pressure on the Pressure Indicator reads between 5-10 psi.

NOTE: Caution should be taken when Pressure Gauge reads over 30 psi.

When the Adjustment Knob is tightly screwed all the way in, the maximum psi is approximately 30-60 psi. Before installing the cartridge, make sure that the Adjustment Knob is loosened 3 or 4 turns counter-clockwise so as not to release the gas before you are ready to dispense the CO2.

NOTE: The CO2mmander® II will hold the unused gas within the cartridge while not in use, if the Adjustment Knob is loosened and the device is Disengaged. **Do not unscrew knob completely causing it to detach from the unit.
